Processing

Each of our items are MADE TO ORDER.  That means when you place your order, it will be created just for you…and that takes time.  Our production time is between 3 and 5 weeks—I know, I know, that seems like an eternity for online orders, but trust me…our pieces are worth the wait!

Once your order is in production, you’ll be updated throughout the process.  Then, after it’s been thoroughly inspected, it’ll move to shipping.

 

Shipping Policy

We ship both domestically and to select international locations either via USPS or UPS.  Shipping times depend on your location, and although tracking numbers provide an ESTIMATED arrival date, that cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances out of our control. 

Shipping fees are NOT included in the item price, but will be added to your total at checkout. 

Once an order moves to shipping and a tracking number is generated, a shipping email with tracking information is sent to you so you can be on the lookout!

 

Order Cancellation & Return Policy

Once an order has been placed, you will have three (3) days to cancel.  After that, no cancellations are accepted. 

Your special pieces are made to order, and as such, you’re involved in the process—we regularly send updates via email—and because your item is one-of-a-kind, we don’t accept returns. 

If an item you receive arrives damaged, please notify me immediately.  I insure all my shipments in case of damage and may need detailed photos from you.  In this case, please make sure to keep all packaging materials, as I may have you return everything to me (if I need this returned, I will email you a return label).  A new piece will be started and expedited throughout the process to get you a replacement poste haste!
